Keenan and I both had doctors appointments yesterday and it's officially confirmed - we're both fine. Which we pretty much knew, but now we have an official record of it.
Keenan has lost about 6 oz since birth so he's down to about 7 lbs. It's totally normal for babies to lose weight for a few days after birth, so we're not really worried about it but still, we'll be working hard over the next few days to make sure he starts gaining again. His next appointment will be on Tuesday - the same day as Ethan's 3 year old check up.
We're having a nice slow Saturday morning around here... Keenan's napping, Ethan's watching Bob the Builder in Spanish (ah, cable - you never know what you might find), I'm catching up on laundry and email, and Sam is mowing the lawn. Life is good.
