I'm a little behind on my blogging, but we're well on our way home now. Jen and Sam flew out of Salt Lake City and Gramma joined us for the last leg of our journey. We were excited to share some of our adventure with her!
Our final sightseeing stop of the trip was Mount Rushmore on Monday. We figured if you're within a couple hundred miles, it's one of those things you just have to do.

And apparently Wall Drug is a close second to Mount Rushmore when it comes to South Dakota tourism. Who can pass up a chance to ride a giant jackalope??
We're well on our home now. Spent last night in Iowa and crossed the Mississippi just a few minutes ago. We're looking forward to being home tomorrow night!
